Margaret Herrera is an early-childhood educator with 20 years of experience supporting young children, teachers, and programs. Her work is grounded in developmentally appropriate practice, purposeful learning, and the everyday realities of teaching.
She earned an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education from Broward College and holds an active Florida Child Care Director Credential. Margaret created MH Bright Beginnings Education to give educators practical resources that are clear, organized, engaging, and ready to use.
As a VPK teacher and curriculum creator, she understands that a strong plan should support the teacher while still leaving room for each child’s development, interests, and individual needs.
