License grant
The license is limited, nonexclusive and nontransferable. It is perpetual for the purchased edition, provided these terms are followed. Bright Beginnings Curriculum System and Margaret Herrera retain all ownership and copyright.
Individual or single-classroom purchase
Unless the product or invoice states that a center license was purchased, the material is licensed to one individual educator or one classroom. The purchaser may save a secure backup and print copies for learners in that authorized classroom.
Center licenses
A Small Center license covers one location and up to 3 classrooms. A Standard Center license covers one location and up to 6 classrooms. Large Center licenses for 7–10 classrooms and all multiple-location licenses require an approved written quote and scope. Use outside the authorized location or classroom limit requires written approval and may require an additional fee.
Not permitted
Files may not be resold, redistributed, publicly uploaded, posted to an open website or shared drive, emailed to unlicensed people, shared with another center, or given to classrooms beyond the purchased scope. Content may not be repackaged, altered or used to create products for sale, and copyright notices may not be removed.
Secure access
Purchasers must keep files and access links reasonably secure. Employees or contractors may access center-licensed materials only for internal work within the authorized center and must follow these restrictions.
